Designation : Service Manager
Experience : 4 To 12
Salary : upto 4 Lpa
Skill :
Create effective service and store procedures, policies and standards.
Supervise day to day operations in the service departments.
Effectively manages team members, including outsourcing services to ensure organization objectives
Organizes support, deep troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks
Knowledge of server, switched, firewall implementation, storage implementation, APs and complete networking.
Troubleshooting of windows and Linux.Knowledge of commercial products like A3 printer, Plotter, Ink Tank
Maintain Accurate records and documents of all service activities and discussions.
Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of IT stocks at all times;Inform the purchase department about the items that reach and maintain records.Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
