Job Description of Service Provider
Ø Delivery of shipments
Ø Updating of the same in DRS/DIAD
Ø COD collection as per COD invoices
Ø Collection KYC from customers for delivery
Ø Cash Depositing & making records for the same
Ø Making records of their delivery in register
Ø Making records of their undelivered shipments & handing over to OPS
Ø Pick-up of shipments
Ø Updating of the same in PRS/DIAD
Ø COP collection as per COP invoices
Ø Preparing the AWB for pick-up
Ø Checking the documentation of the shipments
Duty Hours:-
Ø Handing over the pick-up shipments to OPS team as per the prescribed process
Ø 9 hours duty with a one-hour lunch break.
Ø 7 hours are spent on route(Field) by Sp’s either doing pick-up/delivery or driving.
Ø 2 hours are spent for documentation & handing over shipments to OPS.
