Job Description

The dedicated service engineer for Chromatography services for PAN India & South Asia

All over India service support for Chromatography product line.
Support of Installation, Commissioning, Pre FAT, FAT/SAT.
Escalations to APAC and global Service.
Training on site for local service engineers.
Spare part identification and lead generation
Software upgradation.
Responsible for Retrofits, software updates and any value addition services.
Interactions with end user and on site presence.
Service request closure.
Review technical documentation.

Skill And Competences

Basic knowledge in Bio Process Ă˘ÂÂ Engineering
Experience in handling chromatography systems and columns
Basic application knowledge.
Good English in speaking and writing with logical approach.
Customer handling techniques.
Basic knowledge on GMP and other pharma regulations or the willingness to increase the knowledge.
Willing to travel on short notice.
