Job Description
We have manpower requirements for our service function – Service Technicians, needed for various areas in Chennai.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Attend the In-House calls.
- Attend the Dealers (Filed) calls as per PJC’s and get the acknowledgement of Dealers seal
- & signature in the service call report
- Maintenance of Tools
- Segregate the out of warranty & warranty (duly tagged) defects
- Use of man held the machine for Dealers service
- Highlight the new/repeated complaints to the Branch In-charge
- Assisting to Branch In-charge for stock checking/prepare storage in Racks & Spares Indent
