Job Description
Eligibility :
- BBM/BBA, B.Com from 2016/ 2017 Batches with an aggregate of 50% throughout in 10th, 12th and Graduate.
Job Description:
- Will be the first face of contact for various stakeholders through voice and non-voice modes to address product and non-product queries
- Will record and resolve the received interactions as per the defined process and interaction matrix within the SLAs prescribed
- Will capture and report the product and non-product feedback/suggestion from the stakeholders
- Will record the Product Change Request in the system received during Interactions
- Will discuss and escalate the complicated interactions with the team leader in time in-order to bring them to appropriate closure within SLA
Desired Skills:
- Candidate must have a minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree with Accountancy and Commerce background (B.com or BBM) and with an average of 50%. Should also have scored 50% in 10th and 12th
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. For Oral - English and Hindi is a must
- Basic computer knowledge
- Tally knowledge is an added advantage
Job Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Dehradun, Sangli, Bhopal & Raipur
Salary: 14,500 Per Month
Note:
- Selected candidates need to sign a service agreement for 16 Months.
- Candidates will be on Payroll of Tally Partners.
