Onboarding and administering of new customers to Service now
Knowledge in Implementing Service catalog, Incident management, Change Management, Problem Management
Post Production support
Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Access Control Lists
Knowledge in customizing the ServiceNow Portal
Knowledge on project documentation like End-User training manual, Admin training guide
Knowledge on scheduled jobs, events to manage business needs
Knowledge on configuring email notification
Knowledge on reporting in Service Now
Knowledge on Service portal
Knowledge on Customer Service management application (Exp in CSM module)
Scripting experience Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for setting up customer domain structure so they can be able to use the standard offerings.
Responsible for implementing incident management, problem management.
Responsible for migrating all data provided by customer to ServiceNow platform.
Responsible for designing catalogs specific to customer requirements.
Responsible for new SLA, email-notifications configuration
Responsible to work with transform maps, data sources for data loads and management.
Responsible for retrieving all update sets to record changes specific to customer's domain.
Responsible for Designing the dashboards as per the needs of stakeholders.
