• Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
  
• Experience – 5 Yrs and Above
  
• ServiceNow developer/admin with experience in managing the instance; upgrading and performing scripting, set up, create reports, and overall management of the instance.
  
• Should be a ServiceNow developer.
  
• Should have advanced scripting experience on ServiceNow platform experience
  

• Design and management of CMDB. Setup Core system including configuration management database (CMDB)
• Experienced in Incident Management and ITIL certified
• Scripting/Java/glide
• Upgrading
• Integration with other sources including AD (Active Directory)
• Service Catalogue
• CMDB, Incident/problem/change management
• Working on issues with ServiceNow including AJAX security. Ensure Application security
• Creating workflows for approval, routing, and creation of subtasks
• Reports, gauges, dashboards
• Creating new forms with built-in security
• Customer Service Management module.
• Integrate Supported authentication options
• Build Instance Management best practices
• Build Performance and coding best practices
• Address rapidly changing development needs with sprints that accelerate time to value
• Implement and test new requirements to determine release ready functionality and minimize risk
• Monitor, track and check overall project status and document risks, issues, decisions, actions and changes using the Start Now Application
• Establish a project strategy and schedule for the deployment

Skills Required:

• Should have strong knowledge on Service Catalogue, Order guides and workflow design
• Technical and Functional requirements related to ServiceNow
• ServiceNow, JavaScript
• Superior attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately
• Excellent understanding of Web Services
• Experience working with web technologies

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Must be highly skilled in ServiceNow admin and scripting.
  
• Must have experience in designing and/or administering the instance by themselves.
  
• We need a system administrator who can design and develop future enhancements, upgrade the instance, and administer the system; including scripting, configuring, developing, designing.
