Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing ServiceNow modules to support the business and IT service management ITSM practices Service
- Now development experience is a must Work with a team of Service
- Now developers in an agile software development environment Monitor health and usage of applications Adhere to standards for implementations in Service
- Now to ensure consistency and supportability of customizations Perform platform upgrades and review of key update sets Develop test cases for functional and regression testing and run them as part of any Service
- Now platform or module upgrade or change Guide the improvement of our Service
- Now implementation and service offerings based on user feedback Create custom workflows to support business processes Perform data imports Administer and maintain API and data integration processes between Service
- Now and other services Create and maintain Service
- Now business rules and metrics Create and maintain service catalog items and knowledge bases Administer user access requests Work with IT Service Management team and other key stakeholders within IT and the business Required Skills Bachelor s degree 5 years of experience working as a Service
- Now administrator developer Proficient in JavaScript AngularJS and HTML to create scripts in the course of normal ServiceNow administration duties Experience with REST API integrations with Service
- Now Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL or ITSM Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be persuasive yet diplomatic Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple technical and non technical teams Excellent time management and planning capabilities Experience working with multiple developers in one production environment Ability to collaborate and communicate as part of a diverse team
