3+ year of experience in ServiceNow as ITOM expert
Design and development of enterprise business solutions in IT Operation Management
Extensive hands-on experience on Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, Integrations
Design and develop configurations and customization for component discovery
Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design
Discovery and MID Server configuration, schedules, patterns, troubleshooting skill for various issues such as Credentials, Connectivity, Firewall access, and port access etc
CI classes, model and CI relationship configurations by using OOB CI classes and extending the OOB CI classes as required
Hands own experience in data management/data migration, import set, transform map etc.
Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application
Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, CMDB
Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
Integration, Orchestration with third party sources, discovery sources
Extensive hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
Experience analyzing the issues, estimating the efforts and proposing solutions
Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
strong knowledge in Integration with third party systems: Webservice (REST and SOAP), LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Midserver
Strong knowledge in scripting; Experience in writing the Scripts using Glide Objects, JavaScript
Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills
Experience in upgrading platforms, and best practices
Certifications (Service now System Administrator, Implementation Specialist – Discovery, Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping, ITIL foundation
