Responsibilities:

Lead ServiceNow Platform QA activities including the design and implementation of ServiceNow test scripts;
Leverage automated testing (ATF) capabilities where appropriate to automate testing activities and enable testing efficiencies;
Maintain testing logs including test results, scripts, data inputs and outputs;
Report testing results to Platform team and other stakeholders as needed;
Work closely with Product Management team and Business Analysts to prepare test script and to fully understand solutions;
Develop and maintain clear and concise technical and process documentation;
Other duties as required

Skills and Experience

Self-motivated and able to work independently and take initiative in identifying and addressing challenges
Experienced in effectively coordinating multiple testing activities;
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously, efficiently and within a pre-determined time frame
Flexible to work in a constantly changing, high-pressure environment
Ability to build effective relationships with a range of team members, stakeholders, partners and business users
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness.
Strong knowledge of ITSM tools
3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (required)
ServiceNow System Administrator certification
ServiceNow Application developer certification
Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances into production.
