Responsibilities:

Lead in ServiceNow Platform system administrators with incident resolution;
Designs and develops new ServiceNow platform applications and services;
Partners with ServiceNow Platform Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort;
Takes ownership of complex business requirements and work them to completion;
General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow Platform and associated applications;
Update Development Items as appropriate in User Stories;
Work closely with the ServiceNow functional team and external development partners to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes;
Configure and improve core and custom applications;
Configuration of ServiceNow platform, including the creation of workflows, UI design, ACL and business rules;
Configure and maintain Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes and Formatters;
Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases.
Develop ServiceNow reports and dashboards;
Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems;
Develop and maintain clear and concise technical and process documentation;
Other duties as required

Skills and Experience

Self-motivated and able to work independently and take initiative in identifying and addressing challenges
Experienced in effectively coordinating multiple initiatives and working with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously, efficiently and within a pre-determined time frame
Flexible to work in a constantly changing, high-pressure environment
Ability to build effective relationships with a range of team members, stakeholders, partners and business users
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness.
Strong knowledge of ITSM tools
3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (required)
ServiceNow System Administrator certification
ServiceNow Application developer certification
Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances into production.
