• The ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for recommending and developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs in area of customer service management. • The ideal candidate must be adhere to good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process Users • Experience in Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using Standard protocols • Manage customer expectations and solutions & drive customer calls individually • Support other developers in their work to integrate existing systems with ServiceNow • Drive internal improvement initiatives for ServiceNow practice to improve quality and efficiency • Support business process owners in configuring the platform • Provide best practice while designing solutions and developing at platform and code level • Perform necessary development to support the needs of the users • Module Expertise & Solution consulting on CSM (ServiceNow) - Customer Service Module • Exposure in solution in SCM (Preferable). • Must have working experience in Latest versions of ServiceNow like Madrid & New-York. Key Skills: • Minimum 6 years of technical/architecture role with hands-on experience on implementation of application in Customer Service Management, Field Service Management , Visual Workflow and Automation. • Must have worked on at least one implementation project on CSM. • Experience in following Products of ServiceNow would be an added advantage ITOM - Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management ITBM - Performance Analytics, Software Asset Management ITSM - CMDB, Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog • Must be ServiceNow Admin Certified / ServiceNow Implementation specialist Certified (Preferred Module : CSM) • Solution Consulting and Designing in cross technology platforms. • Experience and knowledge of web based development languages specifically JavaScript, Ajax • Knowledge on ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Excel Macros, Access Macros, SQL, SSIS • Knowledge on Angular JS, CSS, HTML, PERL would be an added advantage • Knowledge in Scripting & Web Development. • Good hands on experience on ServiceNow integration with other application/system Using SOAP, REST • Experiencing on Discovery and Orchestration would be an added advantage • Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills • Experience of implementation of best practices where ITSM tools technologies are applicable • Deep knowledge of ITSM Framework and ITIL • Excellent communication skills; Verbal communication skills in Japanese would be an added advantage • Flexibility to travel to Japan Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Mid-level Professional Job Type: Full-time
