Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on stock level management for each SKU on Amazon
2. Produce low stock item sheets daily basis to maintain the stock at an efficient level
3. Work on warehouse and stock organization to maintain efficiency at labeling work
4. Print barcodes, SKU sheets, stencils sticker, and box labels for export shipments
5. Prepare Amazon shipping plan as recommended by the marketplaces
6. Prepare a pack list and upload it into the Amazon marketplaces on a daily basis
7. Prepare packing list, invoice, and other export documentation daily basis
8. Reach out to the shipping service providers to hand over the shipments daily basis
9. Handle any query related to export shipments paperwork, any amendments, or any rework is required
10. Manage barcode-labeling team to have all stock barcoded in time or prior to ship daily basis
11. Oversee and monitor barcode-labeling team to avoid any error or mistake during their day-to-day work
