Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or similar discipline preferably with a creative or marketing agency
2-5 years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Sketch, and other graphic design software, etc.
Skills Required
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Familiarity with HTML, Javascript, and CSS preferred
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus
Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training
