Job Description
The Digital Engagement Analyst works closely with the Digital Lead to manage the assets of Shiv Nadar University including the website blog, Quora threads, content for SEO, and drip engagement strategy.
S/he will also need to be aware of web analytics, SEO, and tagging to ensure website content is aligned with best practices.
S/he will be in charge of engagement strategy for our drip campaigns.
S/he will be in charge of creating specifications and content appropriate for our target audience.
S/he will need to coordinate with the content & creative agency, to implement the strategy.
S/he will need to analyze the engagement campaigns to evaluate whether it's working or not.
S/he will be in charge of website blogs and off-page content for SEO.
S/he will be in charge of communication strategy for drip and content marketing campaigns.
S/he will coordinate across functions in the organization proactively to get the stories and research relevant for marketing and engagement strategy.
S/he should have knowledge of setting up the drip campaigns majorly Email/SMS communication in the LMS.
S/he will need to have a high degree of fluency in English
