Position 1:  Shop in Shop Demonstration Expert

Description
  • A passion for Dyson technology and understanding of the brand and its machines.
  • Proactively approaching customers in the store and demonstrating the Dyson product range according to their needs and requirements. Trading up through the product range as appropriate.
  • Be confident in public speaking, displaying the ability to carry out workshops in front of large groups.
  • Assisting the in-store events manager planning, setting up and executing events.
  • Championing a Dyson category/product within the store, working with your colleagues and the brand manager to drive sales and interest in your designated area.
  • Placing Dyson POS out in store where applicable. 
  • Checking that all Dyson products are out on display and in working order with the correct price.
  • Ensuring a safe shopping environment for our customers
  • Ensuring the Dyson machines and display are tidy, clean and ‘shoppable’, ensuring that we maintaining the highest of standards at all points throughout the day.
  • Continuously building product knowledge and keeping updated on any product developments within Dyson and our competitors.
  • Actively building relationships with the team and the wider support channels to further the success of the Dyson Demo. 
  • Meeting and exceeding sales, demonstration and workshop targets.

Position 2:  DTH Demo Expert

  • Getting leads generated thru events – Mall & RWA Activations, Dyson.in or contact centres. Calling up customers to fix up appointments for a demo at home
  • Reaching on time for each appointment 
  • Manage & deliver a high-quality customer experience from the sales consultant /advisor perspective.
  • Keep all demo units sparkling clean before each demonstration at home.  
  • Demonstrating & Setting up the Dyson products according to the customer’s needs & requirements.
  • Delivering a high-quality customer demonstration experience & have a relationship level to be able to cross sell all categories in multiple numbers to the same customer and leveraging this relationship for reference selling to friends and relatives of such customer.  
  • Continuously building product knowledge and keeping updated on any product developments within Dyson and our competitors.
  • Actively building relationships with the team and the wider support channels to further the success of Dyson products
  • Provide real time feedback to reporting managers at each stage of a sales call from first time contact till the closure of a sale or otherwise. Support issues to assist team on improving customer experience and product reliability opportunities.
  • Capture and report any emerging product reliability and safety issues reporting.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports of products and customers contacted / visited and sold 
  • Ensure all process activity is communicated and Dyson Unit Registration of each customer is done after the sale.

  • Experience in demonstrating a product or bringing a new product to market

  • Can easily adapt to change in process and ways of working
Salary: 5 LPA - 5.2 LPA
