Your Role and Responsibilities
As Software Developer and administrator, you are responsible to provide support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters

• You will be responsible for Oracle Siebel CRM Configuration, Workflow, Scripting.
• Demonstrate analytical skills along with defect fixing adhering to clients SLA
• Expertise in Siebel data model and architecture of Siebel Business Applications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in new Siebel Architecture IP 17 and above
• Hands on experience on OpenUI along with experience in SIEBEL EAI(Basic knowledge of XML/XSL/XSD/XSLT)
• Expertise in Siebel Server installation & configuration (includes Document server etc.) and well-versed on Siebel Upgrade / Patch management., SRF/Repository migration. DDL synchronization. Deploying non-repository items.
• Ability to setup SSO/LDAP authentication and support Production environment which includes maintaining high application availability, planning and Coordination of production release,
• Proficient to perform daily health checks which includes regularly checking status of servers & components. Checking status of JOBs/RCRs/ Tasks. Server resource monitoring(CPU/Memory/Disk space)
• Solid understanding of automation of daily migration/monitoring activities by writing shell scripts or batch jobs
• Working knowledge of database utility tools like TOAD, SQL Developer is a must.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of RDBMS's (i.e., Oracle, SQL Server), Operating systems (Windows Server), ETL

• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies

• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management

• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications

• Any Degree, BE/B.Tech or MCA from a reputed institute or Master Level experience.
