Job Profile: Trademark AgentExperience: 1-4 yrsLocation: GurugramEducation: Having Certificate of Trademark Agent as issued by TM Office/Company Secretary/LL.B Graduate.Job Responsibilities:-
Researching existing trademarks so as to advise on availability;-
Drawing up contracts & overseeing the trademark registration process;-
Managing & protecting intellectual property rights once trademarks have been registered;-
Conducting opposition searches, TM searches, etc;-
Drafting of oppositions, counter-claims, evidences, etc;-
Taking appropriate action if client's trademark rights are broken;-
Trademark renewals;-
Prepare and record ownership documents and licenses related to trademarks.
