Job Description
We are looking for a site Supervisors and coordinate day-to-day operations for an Interior and civil work projects.
* Oversee day to day operations of the facility
* overseeing work execution
* handling multi workers for task
* assigning task for workers
* monitoring project progress.
* should demonstrate teamwork,
* leadership,
* Knowledge of reading drawings (Interiors layouts)
* excellent organizational skills,
* analytical thinking,
* problem solving orientation, and communication abilities with workers.
* Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
* Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and time sheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
* Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
* Helping project to plan to finish the the weekly work program.
* Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.
* Completing records for site reports.
