Competency Technical Competency
Must Have '1) Hands on Knowledge of PC Networking , switch, router, GPS, Firewall
Substation Automation Protocol Knowledge : Modbus, T101/104, IEC 61850, DNP3, IEC 61131-3, OPC including configuration and analysis of these protocols by applications and tools. Substation Automation Fundamentals : Process Level, Bay Level, Control Level Scripting knowledge VB Script, JAVA Script, programming knowledge of C++,C#, .NET Network diagnosis OS : Windows , Linux, hands on for PC Applications, PC communication serial/ IP'
Good to have 1) Cyber Security knowledge
IOT/Smart grid knowledge Protection IED/Relay understanding Database: SQL /Oracle hands on experience for database interaction

Excellent Communication skill verbal and written for customer interaction Well behaved and dedication for work Adaptive and Eager to learn and work on new things/technologies
