Job Description
Objective - To execute projects at site in line with agreed conditions mentioned in tender including timelines to the satisfaction of customer and Management.
Location - Project Site @ NCR initially but Transferable
Project Scope - Construction of fire water tank, firefighting systems (water, gas, etc.), pipeline works and associated electrical and instrumentation works but company offerings may vary time to time.
Qualification - Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 / 12 years or more experience in civil & mechanical construction work. Candidate having Similar work experience (as mentioned in Project scope will be preferred.
Close Interaction with - Customer, Site People, Liasoning authorities, Statutory bodies/officials Third party Contractors/ sub-contractors, Suppliers, Local people etc and Finally with Management.
Working hours - Needs to be in line with site’s working requirements
Key Responsibilities -
Technical: Will be responsible for overall planning, execution, Inventory control and closure from time of issue of LOI to demobilization.
Able to read, understand, interpret, and discuss applicable industry standards, documents, drawings, etc.
Prepare / oversee BOQ/list items and services to be procured. The list may need to be revised or new lists may need to be made.
Financial: Accurate Record keeping, accounting, Timely bill submission and payment collection from client, reconciliation
Statutory: Timely submission of returns, ensuring Safety norms
Others: Regular Progress report submission to customer/management, managing attendance, and discipline
Key Skills Required -
Technical: Should understand all the last possible level details of site work
Financial: Should know P & L, Prevailing Taxes, Reporting mechanism for a site work
Statutory: Should know prevailing Labour laws
Others: MS office, Communication skills Verbal & Written, Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Management skills, Problem solving skills, drive for results, customer centric approach.
