Job Description :

1. SKU Management Executive:

Job Requirement:

End to End ownership of SKU management( Listing, publishing, removing SKUs, Mrp updation, etc)
Customer Satisfaction- To Ensure a seamless experience for customers coming on platform, Train regional SPOCs and stores to follow the process of SKU management.
Customer Communication- To communicate with customers on Call/Chat whenever required to inform possible changes in order in terms of SKU, Resolving issues etc
Relationship Management- Maintain strong relation with the internal teams, Vendors and publishing SKU/ resolve all sku related issues.
Product- Candidate should be a quick learner, Understand the complete product and tools, Should be able to coordinate with multiple teams like Product, Engineering to deep dive into tech issues and resolve them.
Analytics- Candidate is expected to be good in numbers, Analyze trends and issues with data and make plans to improve/resolve them.

2. Health Account Manager:

Job Requirement:

Health Care Account Managers will handle calls and requests from doctors and provide them with a solution to their queries. You will be guided by the supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted. Providing a recommendation & resolution to doctors will be the whole and sole responsibility.
Report generation on a daily basis to provide data outcomes is a requirement.
Facilitate Attribution by calling patients who book appointments via Practo Platform

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary task of the individual will be to assist doctors working with Practo as a consultant for Practo's Instant Consult.
Must take the assistance for critical matters with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted.
Giving a resolution to the doctors should be the whole and sole responsibility.
Facilitate and work on feedback on a daily basis or as applicable.
Facilitate operational standards, communication on feedback and cancellations by making outbound calls to the doctors who do Instant Consultation on Practo Platform.
Coordinate with on-field team members & work closely to deliver best possible service.
Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing teams goals.
Tasks- Increasing video adoption for doctors through calling and intervention,
Doctor Escalation Management with a support team.
Communication of Medical team feedback to doctors.
Operational Training of new doctors
Coordinating Onboarding Calls
Coordinating profile verification
Making profiles live on Consult
Demo Chats and activation confirmation

3. Order Management Executive:

Job Role:

Relationship Management - Maintain strong relation with the internal teams, Vendors and publishing SKU/ resolve all sku related issues.
Product - Candidate should be a quick learner, Understand the complete product and tools, Should be able to coordinate with multiple teams like Product, Engineering to deep dive into tech issues and resolve them.
Analytics - Candidate is expected to be good in numbers, Analyze trends and issues with data and make plans to improve/resolve them.
Regional Manager - End to End ownership of medicine orders and Diagnostic test. Tracking the order movement on each stage, Ensure timely delivery of medicines and reports, Coordinate with vendors to close orders.
Customer Satisfaction - To Ensure a seamless experience for customers coming on platform, Train regional SPOCs and stores to follow the process.
Customer Communication - To communicate with customers on Call/Chat whenever required to inform possible changes in order, Resolving issues etc.
Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with the Vendors and Stores to get the things done on time, Train them for new and existing processes.
Product - Candidate should be a quick learner, Understand the complete product and tools, Should be able to coordinate with multiple teams like Product, Engineering to deep dive into tech issues and resolve them.
Analytics - Candidate is expected to be good in numbers, Analyze trends and issues with data and make plans to improve/resolve them

4. Product Support Specialist

Job Description:

Customer Support:

To resolve complex technical queries and issues of product functionality and defect correction as well as coordinating with the Software Engineers for product support.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ensure complete documentation of all activities undertaken with respect to the ticket in the case log.
Adhere to the Process defined on both Operations and Quality legend.
Ability to timely Escalation (Approach to handle issues to understand when to escalate & what will be handled by themselves), attention to detail, ability to research and able to arrive at a solution and also challenges the process and come up with different alternatives.
Customer Engagement:
Understanding customer behaviour, expectations from the product analyzing usage trends and product adaptability to increase usage and make the product sticky.
Work towards providing an excellent customer experience by going that extra mile on every interaction.
Customer Retention:
Maintain overall customer satisfaction levels to ensure the continuous relationship with Practo.

Job Location: Bangalore.

Additional skill :

The candidate should have great communication skills , Should be street smart , Should know basics about MS Excel and other Ms software
Should have problem solving skills , Should be able to think logically
