Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Your primary role will involve answering patient questions (text/calls) on our app and ensuring that our patients are left empowered and satisfied. Not only do you have to answer patient questions but also genuinely be interested in their health and well-being.
Approximately 5% of your time will be dedicated to improving the quality of service we provide on the app, incorporating the feedback that we receive from our Customers from India and abroad.
You will learn how to market and scale a healthcare start-up from product launch to venture capital and play a vital role in its growth.
This will be a great opportunity for students preparing for various entrance examinations.
You can work part-time from your own home. We work in 4-hour slots across the day, 7 days a week.
Job Requirements:
· BAMS / MBBS Doctors for online consultation with patients on Superdoc App.
· As the profile is for online consultation, the candidate is expected to be internet friendly.
· Good written communication skills.
· Empathy towards the patient.
· Sound Analytical Skills.
