Job Description
Customer Relationship Management
Making cash verification of entire area which is managed by Gwalior office and also managing
Fms services for our entire respective customer at all the location.
Responsibilities
- Handling all Branch operations Gwalior with approx 16 city’s sub locations
- Ensuring that the Agency gets the Cash on time and cash is released as per daily indent given by NCR
- Receive Captured Cards from the ATM and follow up on destruction and hot listing of the card as per process Ensuring completion of process for handing over of cash to CIT Agencies on Holidays / Sundays
- Ensuring ATM Differences are controlled and all excess
- Shortage reports are in place and Zero Cash Outs happen in the ATM's.
