Brief description :
- Oversees all social media accounts management including day-to-day social media activities and content strategies.
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, blog, and online ad copy.
- Coordinates social media messaging with ads departments, project managers, and designers to align to quarterly or seasonal company goals
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
Preferred Skills Required:
- Monitoring and evaluating the online reputation of a brand. Responsible for delivering tracking records related to complaints, interactions, and inquires related to clients.
- Assist with the execution and management of social media advertising and monitoring impressions/visits/conversion.
- Excellent ability to build cross-functional relationships and work with a diverse range of stakeholders within the company.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in strategizing Digital Campaigns for various brands.
