Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing engaging social media content (text, image, and video) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create content ideas aligned with current trends and business goals.
- Help track social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and follower growth, and provide regular reports
