Job Description

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Manage social media campaigns, including content seeding, posting, promotions, and community outreach
Create and implement social media and communication strategy consistent with our brand
Actively engage with online community thru social listening
Lead development of content calendars and manage community deliverables and timelines
Monitor and master trends in social media tools and applications
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Collaborate with Product team to stay updated on new features and communicate customer feedback and online reviews

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or degree in progress) in relevant field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in social media management
Ability to interpret online customer engagement metrics
Understanding of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
Photoshop/Illustrator fluency
