- To manage social media community groups and generate/circulate relevant posts around our theme
- Experience in social media or related field
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English

The problem statement HUM Communities is trying to solve-
People retire from work at 58 or 60 whereas with better healthcare and wellness they could easily be gainfully employed for another 10-20 years. Employment besides giving something to look forward to every day also ensures that there is a sense of mental well being. A lot of our clients face a challenge in staffing certain roles, have huge attrition (so need stable people) on certain roles and have surge months where they need extra people (example - an audit firm during year end).
We feel there is a potential to create a whole new category of services targeted towards these people. The idea is to start with jobs, the catch is to find jobs that will work for them, and then expand and build a community around this space. The tailwinds not only come from increased life spans but also from the fact that the technology adoption within this generation has risen significantly in the past few years
