- Simplilearn is looking to bring on board a Social Media Manager who will enhance our brand presence and build strong online communities through various social media channels.
- The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing thematically impactfull, integrated campaigns, creating an interactive relationship between consumers and our company, and maintaining a consistent brand presence online.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and understands the value and importance of developing best-in-class content that engages our target audience.
- Work closely with the content marketing team and various internal business partners to develop thoughtful, out-of-the-box social media campaigns that help achieve corporate marketing goals.
- Manage Simplilearn’s brand presence on a variety of social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Slideshare and more, monitoring engagement with key audiences and aligning with teams to source and curate timely, relevant content.
- Build social media communities by forming key relationships with influencers and moving them through the funnel from follower to advocate.
- Plan, execute and measure communications campaigns to support product enhancements, launches and company initiatives.
- Compile social media reports for management by communicating key findings, patterns and trends, and identifying opportunities to amplify social presence.
- Research, analyze and test the best ways for consumers to find and consume content.
- Stay current with social media tools and trends, marketplace competitors and emerging b2b and b2c markets and explore unconventional means to scale our global presence
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- Experience in social media management and/or digital marketing role.
- Adept at managing a social calendar using WordPress, Hootsuite, SurveyGizmo and other social media management and analytics platforms.
- Data-driven thinker with expert knowledge of social media and website analytics tools including Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Tableau and more.
- Strong understanding of social media measurement and analytics.
- Excellent writing, oral and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and lead generation principles,practices and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, copy editing and maintaining overall brand and voice consistency.
- Able to multitask with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements.
- Energetic and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
