Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making sure all posts go online on time on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn with correct hashtags
2. Identifying what is a good post, and improve the quality of profile on all social media platforms
3. Replying to messages on all platforms
4. Replying to comments on all social media handles
5. Adding COSAS page in all relevant groups across all social media platforms
6. Helping content team to come up with new content that includes SEO friendly keywords/content
7. Running ads across all social media platforms and justifying the cost of acquiring leads and ROI
8. Working on Google AdWords and SEO
9. Understanding competition and coming up with relevant strategies to improve content & presentation
10. Handling social media audit, understanding what's working and what's not, and checking if we need to activate COSAS on a new social media website
11. Making social media strategy and coming up with an idea of how to achieve the plan that should include 100 new followers across platforms, lower the response rate to 10 minutes across all platforms, and turn customers into advocates of the organization
