About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling the social media customer queries/questions/comments/DMs in a professional and timely manner, as per company guidelines
2. Building a conversation with customers on social media to engage them
3. Tracking the social media, email responses, and segregating them by type-event requests, collaboration requests, business queries, etc.
4. Following up with customers about issues
5. Identifying new sources of leads
