2. Considering every aesthetic detail of a social post, from images to links to formatting of the copy
3. Leading productive brainstorms that bring out their teammates' best ideas
4. Honing and expanding the brand's voice and persona
5. Possessing the ability to quickly pivot and react to a new trend, opportunity, or crisis (an indispensable social media skill)
6. Keeping a tab on data and analytics to know what type of social media posts do well for the website
7. Suggesting trending topics on social media to the team to create posts around them
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and experiment with new social media marketing strategies

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 24th Feb'21 and 31st Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Should be a great team player
2. Should have a good command over the language, vocabulary, and grammar
3. Should also have specific knowledge about Adobe Photoshop, to design interesting pictorial posts for the social media platforms
4. Should have great leadership skills
5. Should know how to work with Excel sheets
6. Should be willing to work in flexible shifts
7. Should understand SEO and web traffic metrics
8. Should possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
9. Should be able to post urgent photos and content as there is never a fixed schedule for any news to break
