Job Description
1. Create social media strategy, calendar, campaigns
2. Maintain content banks - develop relevant content topics to reach the clients target customers
3. Coordinate with the design team and visualizing creatives
4. Craft and write copy for social media and long form content for brands
5. Keep a tab on social media trending topics
6. Work on competitive analysis (must benchmark with peer brands and industry players)
7. Handle day-to-day management of social media posting schedule, calendar
8. Engage, retain, and grow our audience on social channels
9. Manage online reputation for clients
10. Deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
11. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
12. Work with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channel
13. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation; monitor online reviews and respond to each review
14. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
15. Work on seeding of content into social networks to ensure virality of communication

1. Candidate from central line will be on priority
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working in a digital or communications agency
3. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
4. English literature & communication graduates
5. Knowledge of managing social media channels and basic ORM skills
6. Experience in managing social handles and creating content for brands
7. Experience in creating branded content and ad copies for digital channels
8. Curiosity for uncovering emerging social media content trends, platforms and/or first-mover opportunities with existing platforms
9. Adobe Photoshop, Styling, and Graphic Design, web designing
10. Application based knowledge
11. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
12. Project management skills
