Expectations and Responsibilities:
- You will be Epson’s brand ambassador for our online social communities. You will be expected to monitor and engage with communities across all of Epson’s various social media platforms. You will become the voice of Epson within those communities and engage and assist members on a daily basis.
- Monitor comments and provide genuine responses in a timely manner, including direct messages.
- Build relationships and engage with audiences, partners, potential influencers and industry leaders, using a defined friendly and professional conversational tone of voice across all platforms
- Act as liaison between our community, product management, PR, and sales
- Work to resolve technical support issues by directing community members to our support team
- Ensure that community members are being respectful and appropriate and take action to enforce our social media “code of conduct” within the communities
- Spot opportunities to engage in relevant social conversations and build relationships in real-tim
About Your Experience:
- Must have a strong customer service mentality as you work closely with internal and external agencies to any potential issues related to the brand and our products. The ability to calmly resolve conflicts and diffuse potentially volatile situations on social platforms is a critical skill in this role.
- Strong copywriting skills are critical in this role to ensure that you are able to clearly communicate with the community and tailor communication to the brand voice.
- Content Ideation: Collaborate with creative team to develop content as you identify community needs and proactively push that to our community
- Social listening: monitor conversations, emerging trends and identify opportunities for the brand.
- Work directly with social media platform partners to stay on top of functionality and trends that could be used in community management and engagement
- Think analytically about our community and provide regular reporting on community activities
- Accountable for multiple accounts and product lines that will require the use of a single brand voice
- Minimum Experience Requirements: Requires some specialist or admin experience (1- 3 years)
- Education: Undergraduate degree preferred
