Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
● Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies).
● Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
● Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
● Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
● Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderate policy for each community
● Assist in managing company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
● Perform Digital Marketing Analytics like conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
● Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
● Collect customer data and analysis interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategy campaigns.
● Identify customer's needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
● Building and maintaining a positive image for our company.
● Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
● Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
● Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups by writing press releases and other media communications,
● Responding to requests for information and press conferences, and coaching client representatives in the correct way of communicating with the public and with clients.
Key Knowledge/Skills:
● 2-3 years experience in writing, editing, and proofreading
● A portfolio of published articles, written articles and blogs, as per requirement
● Knowledge Of SEO, Digital Marketing, SEO practices, Keyword Research
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
● Excellent multi tasking skills
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Good time-management skills
Experience:
- Digital/Social Media Marketing: 2-3 years (Required)
- Content Writing: 2-3 years (Required)
- Public Relations: 2-3 years (Required)
