Roles and responsibilities:

Social Media Specialist the job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities:

·         Develop, implement and manage our clients’ social media platforms

·         Define the most important social media KPIs

·         Manage and oversee social media content

·         Measure the success of every social media campaign

·         Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

·         Use social media marketing tools such as Social Sprout

·         Work on SMM content and ensure it is informative and appealing

·         Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Requirements:  

·         At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

·         Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

·         Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

·         Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

·         Good understanding of social media KPIs

·         Excellent multitasking skills

·         Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

·         Team player

·         Good time-management skills

·         Great interpersonal and communication skills

·         Should have knowledge of Canva and Online Editing Tools

·         Working knowledge of using Facebook Business Manager

·         Basic Photoshop skills, like working with layers and cropping  

·         Should Know about Image Copyrights

·         Strong organizational and project management skills

·         Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

·         Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Photoshop and image editing

·         Translate social sentiment and engagement into strategic insights to help inform marketing and paid media decisions.

·         Deliver detailed reporting and measurement on a monthly basis.
