Role - Social Paid Media Specialist. 

Experience - Min 3 years 

Salary -   3.6 - 6.0 LPA

Role will be work-from-home until the pandemic situation ends, and based out of Gurgaon post that.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, setup, manage, and optimise campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Insta etc. .
• Setting up, Execution and Optimization for Social campaigns for OTT
• Coordinate with cross functions to deploy campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating and reconciling discrepancies.
• Own overall acquisition budget with clear accountability of customer acquisition cost (CAC) and potential LTV of acquired users
• Running the campaigns for lead generation to make sure at low cost high quantity leads are generated.
• Reporting and analysis to ensure continuous improvement
•  Understanding the projects and clients requirements & deliver accordingly

Requirements

• 3 years of Social Paid Media experience for an agency with B2C conversion as the main deliverable
• Hand on experience in social media advertising and ad creation & optimization
• Proven hand at driving mid to lower funnel objectives including clicks and sales
• Creating Performance reports & review deck for clients
• Should have knowledge of GTM
• Understanding the complete backend of Google Ads & Google Analytics
• Should have experience in working with a budget of more than 2-5 cr annually. 

**Active interest in digital, Paid media, planning, strategizing, web analytics and other aspects of performance marketing.

 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Open to anyone with relevant experience
