Social Worker/ Laboratory Technician/ Field Assistant  job Position in Regional Medical Research Centre on temporary basis

Project Title  :  'Molecular epidemiological investigations based on NGS sequencing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from Tripura, Meghalaya, and tea gardens of Assam, North East Region, India'

Social Worker

Qualification :  Graduate in Social Science/MSW/Sociology from a recognized university with 5 (Five) years work experience from a recognized institution. Or Masters degree in Social Science/ MSW/ Sociology from recognized University

Desirable : (i) Additional research experience in the field of Health research (ii) Knowledge of computer applications.

Salary : Rs. 32,000/- per month (consolidated)

Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years

Laboratory Technician

No. of Post  :  01 (ST) 

Qualification : 12th pass in Science Subjects with 2 yrs Diploma in DMLT OR 12th pass in Science Subjects with I year DMLT and 1 year required experience in a recognized institution/organization  OR 12th pass in Science Subjects with 2 years field/laboratory experience.

Desirable : (i) B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (ii) Knowledge of computer applications

Note: B.Sc. Degree in relevant subjects shall be treated as 3 years experience

Salary:  Rs. 18,000/- per month (Consolidated)

Age Limit :  Not exceeding 30 years

Field Assistant

Qualification : High School or equivalent with 5 (five) years field/laboratory/research experience from a recognized institute

Note : 12th pass in science subjects and B. Sc. Degree shall be treated as 2 (two) and 3 (three) years experience respectively
