Job Description
Qualification : Post Graduate degree from a recognized university in Social work/ psychology/sociology/Child development or Home Science.

Procedure and Selection : The candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks secured by them in the HSC examination (Matriculation), Higher Secondary ( 10 +2 ) Graduate and Post graduate examinations conducted by a recognised Board / Council or University as the case may be.
I. The shortlisted candidate will be called for viva-voice test as per 1:5 ratio. The selection will be made on a total of 120 marks out of which 100 marks is to be obtained from the career mark ( Matriculation to Post graduate) and 20marks has been allocated for the viva voice test will be decided by the District level Scrutiny Committee.
II. Weight age shall be assigned to the marks obtained by the candidate in the examination in the following manner.
a. Secondary ( Matriculation) 20%
b. Higher Secondary 20%
c. Graduation ( Bachelor's Degree) - 20 %
d. Post Graduate 40%
