Job Description
- The role of this team is to train new joiners on Soft Skills knowledge and post training evaluate their knowledge on the basis of customer handling / Communication Skills.
- To train existing employees on behaviour / Customer Handling and TNIs
- Train new joiners / Existing Employees on Soft Skills.
- Quality Audits and planning refresher training basis TNIs, based on the communication skills
- Create training presentations and updating existing presentations basis updates from time to time
- Conducting Evaluations on the basis of communication skills and customer handling
- Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written
- Training Experience is mandatory (preferably BPO Industry)
- Content development knowledge is mandatory
- Well versed with Microsoft office- word, ppt, basic excel usage
- Relevant experience of 1 year (BPO training) required
- Should know any South Language
