- Training New Hire Batches,
- Should have good teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to design training, including the methods.
- Providing the initial training on the Basics Grammar.
- Should be experienced in training on the topics like Soft Skills, Communication skills.
- Responsible to conduct lectures as per the curriculum and ensure that the modules are completed as per the batch schedule.
- Understanding the training need, views and knowledge about the current training process.
- Understanding of the aspects like group dynamics and personal psychology.
- Looking for a Soft Skills Trainer, experienced in training on the topics like Soft Skills, interview Skills, Group Discussion, Telephonic Etiquette, providing feedback on MOC calls.
- Familiar with communication techniques.
- Monitor, provide, record and evaluate effective training activities.
