Aapoon Digital Private Limited's office is located in Hyderabad. Srini Katta is the founder & CEO. The other directors are Sobhan Kumar Madupu and Lalitha Pavan Katta. The company's advisors are Hubert-Vaz-Nayak, Kurian Varghese, Sunil Pangarkar, and Umesh Khanna. Our team decided to pivot Aapoon to be a social media platform that is by the Indians and for the Indians. Aapoon offers social media, messaging, and conferencing services. We offer unlimited members with a communication hierarchy, which is a first in the social media domain. We also have a meeting software called Aapoon meet (Android) for online meetings, user ID verification with artificial intelligence technology, and WhatsApp, Facebook, and Zoom like functionalities, all in one application.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting software development projects through requirement gathering, project planning, and system documentation
2. Supporting the design and creation of software development screens with wireframes and mock-ups
3. Assisting other analysts, developers, and project managers in conceptualizing and developing new business workflows or system processes
4. Collaborating with project managers in defining project vision, organizing project tasks, and tracking project progress
5. Contributing to reporting and custom-developed IT projects
6. Performing software development testing, unit testing, and debugging which may include preparation of new software, reusing the existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions
7. Participating in software testing including quality assurance and quality control
8. Supporting the creation and execution of manual software testing scripts
9. Communicating with the supervisor any obstacles or items of concern
10. Identifying opportunities and recommending methods to improve service, work processes, and financial performance (e.g., procedure optimization)
11. Assisting co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service

Other requirements

1. Must comply with the professional requirements (e.g., employee handbook requirements, time entry procedures), quality control document requirement, and confidentiality requirements related to client, proposal, personnel, and job-related information

2. Must attend and actively engage in training sessions or meetings as and when required

3. Must maintain a positive attitude and be receptive to feedback

4. Must be able to provide courteous and prompt service to all internal and external parties

5. Must be able to prioritize and address requests and assignments professionally and cooperatively

6. Must actively support teamwork throughout the organization
