The IT Governance and Assurance Department will focus on advancing organizational goals through the effective and efficient use of IT, by ensuring IT has the necessary capabilities and controls to enhance the stability of products. The department is responsible for maturing core IT business management and governance capabilities. The Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) team supports and leads core functions of IT Asset Management Functional Office across the following capabilities: Hardware Asset Management, Lifecycle Management and Software Asset Management.

Your Responsibilities :

Product Owner Liaison and Data Reconciliation

Executes daily activities for the SAM/SACM process

Assists with generating reports from SAM Compliance Tool(s)

Works with Lifecycle Managers, Service Managers and Service Owners to review and resolve inconsistencies and data quality issues with SAM Compliance Tool(s)

Assists with entitlement data gathering and audits for SAM Compliance Tool(s) Talents

Needed For Success :

Candidates should have experience working with large data sets some scripting skills

Individual should have a basic knowledge of Software Asset Management and ITIL framework

Conceptual thinker with capacity for comprehensive analysis, reporting, and data normalization. Must be able to work in an Agile and evolving environment

SAM certification(s) are strongly preferred.

3+ years-experience with enterprise publishers and vendors; IT or financial industry experience would be beneficial.

Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills

Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Bachelor's degree preferred
