Job Description
- Pre-requisites for recruiting resources
- Industry knowledge
- P&C insurance Industry experience (Must)
- Knowledge of either Personal, Commercial, Specialty lines (Must â at least one of them)
- INS21, INS22 and INS23 or equivalent insurance certification (Nice to Have)
- Technical skills
- Hands on experience in Application Development using .NET (C#), ASP.NET, SQL Server programming, XML, XSLT (Must)
- Customer interfacing experience and customer presentations (Nice to Have)
- Design patterns (Nice to Have)
- Communication skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) (Must)
- Other insurance P&C packaged software experience (Must)
- Duck Creek skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience as Content Developer / Implementation Specialist on Duck Creek Policy / Billing / Claims
- Experience/knowledge of Pages, Rating, Forms and Transactional Processing
- IT experience
- Experience / knowledge of P&C Insurance software applications (Must)
- Experience / knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (Must)
- Knowledge of database - SQL Server (Must)
- Experience and understanding of XML, XSLT (Must)
- Experience with Integration and BI Tools (Nice to Have)
- Industry knowledge
