We are looking for a passionate Senior Customer Support Executive to join our backend team.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic developer eager to learn and grow his/her skills in the field.

Responsible of implementation of ERP projects including activities like: software installation, training and support, until final delivery and project signoff to customer.
Gather, analyze, document and approve customer customization requirements.
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and peers, and the ability to collaborate as a team.
Create system specifications according to customer requirements and approving them from the customer.
Handover of the customer requirements to system designers and architects to develop the requirements.
Presentation of software functionality and demonstrations to customers.
