- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Should have good problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot and coordinate with internal departments to resolve problems
- Integrate the business requirements obtained with the product
- Application Development, Providing the solution, software development
