Your Role and Responsibilities
A Java Developer with the IDRM team. Your Primary responsibility will be to design and develop Java/J2EE spring-based applications and to collaborate/coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure and development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Understand application storyboards and use cases to be able to translate into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Be able to troubleshoot bottlenecks and defects and arrive at solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization and modularity by following sound development practices and standards

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3-5 years of experience, Proficient in Java/J2EE development, Object Oriented Programming, Experience of working with advance Java Spring framework, implementing automated test platforms for unit testing.
• Proficient in code versioning tools such as GIT/SVN, build tools such as Ant/Maven, Having extensively worked in projects adopting Agile Methodologies eg: SCRUM. Exposure to Cloud/ SaaS environment with hands on experience in developing tools for migration to Cloud is desirable. Exposure to Python is required.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies, GO Lang, Migration to Cloud/SaaS environments desirable.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Preferred in the Information and data security and Risk Domain
• Curiosity in looking at new technologies, Flair to innovate and a mindset to lead small teams
