As a Data Scientist working with IBM Commerce team, you will have an opportunity to work with WW clients for our Cognitive offerings right from requirement gathering to design, development & deployment of Cognitive solutions for worldwide clients across various domains, to learn various IBM Commerce products and update themselves with the latest features in these products. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data mining, statistical analysis and predictive analysis.
• Build simulation models using proprietary and vendor tools to model business problems in support of decision-making
• Develop statistical and predictive models in the context of e-commerce with structured and unstructured data
• Work on tools and technologies such as SAS/SPSS and R/Python
• Develop, test and implement analytics solutions in the areas of anomaly detection on logs and metrics, event correlation, relationship discovery, causal/impact correlation based on relationship and time buckets
• Leads discovery processes with partners to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome
• You will collaborate with domain guides to select the relevant sources of information
• Design and build analytics solutions for customers in short development cycles
• Designs experiments, test hypotheses, and build models. Conducts advanced data analysis and designs custom algorithms
• Identify the right models for given requirement and convert them into scalable, peta-byte scale processing in real-time software solution
• You will create visualizations, dashboards and reports to explain insights to the partners.
