Roles and Responsibilities
Web Developer in fast growing, international B2C startup in the travel industry
Responsibilities include developing our consumer facing website, backend systems.
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Skillset
Experience in frontend and backend web technologies.
Proficiency in at least one programming language of choice is a must. Hands on with Python, Golang or js is preferred.
Understanding Shell scripting, and hands on with Unix/Linux platforms.
Hands on with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.
Knowledge of at least one Python web framework [such as Django, Flask, etc.]
Design and development experience building a reusable REST API model/framework to consume data from and/or push data into NoSQL db.
Working knowledge of versioning systems like GIT
