Software Developer
Eligibility:
- BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech (CSE, EEE, ECE, IS/IT) engineering graduates from 2018 batch.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop tools using Python and other scripting languages
- Maintain existing tools infrastructure and work on improving scalability
- Able to rapidly develop prototypes to identify the best set of technologies and toolkits to use for new feature development
- Collaborate with other engineers on code reviews, internal infrastructure, and process enhancements
- Collaborate and communicate well with others on requirements and status to ensure products are manufactured properly and reports are accurate.
- Perform testing of various security products
- Test typical customer deployment scenario
- Automate testing tasks
- Development of single page application for SonicWALL using Angular 2.0+, Node, NPM and NGINX
- Development of web pages for SonicWALL Product integration interfaces using Restful API allowing globally deployed SonicWALL devices to make status checks on a central database.
- Angular/Vue components development and implementation in SonicWALL web applications. Component development is based on requirement specifications and component implementation is based on published interfaces.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Show aptitude to learn new things and incorporate new ideas
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies
- Experience with AWS infrastructure is a big plus
- Knowledge of Internet Security, Firewalls, AV, Anti-Spam technologies a PLUS
- Knowledge of web architecture and protocols (HTTP(S), TCP/IP, ARP, SMTP, DNS, etc.)
